Every relevant post is measured across seventeen markets, minute by minute. This is how often each of them moved beyond its own normal range in the five minutes after the post, on the record of what has happened so far. It is not a forecast: on the next post these numbers say nothing.

"Beyond its own normal range" means at least 2× what this market normally does: the threshold is not the same for everyone, because a move that is an ordinary minute for Bitcoin is an event for Treasuries.
